Short Notice Test Bookings
PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE CALLING US!
We receive a lot of calls regarding pupils who have booked there test, but there current driving instructor is ill or just disappeared for whatever reasons and often the test is only a few days away. For the safety of Driving Examiners, other road users and our driving school cars we cannot take the word of a pupil regarding there past driving history nor agree over the phone or in person in how many lessons he or she thinks they need! It is for that reason we have created this Short Notice Test package, please read it and if you are happy with the conditions please call us and we will do our best to take you for the test that you booked.
- A short notice test is when there is 14 working days or less from the date of the first planned lesson to the booked test date.
- Short notice test booking package consists of a minimum of 5 hours of driving lesson.
- An assessment is carried out in the first 2 hours.
- If after the initial 2 hour assessment your Instructor tells you that you are not ready we will not take you for the test.
- If you need additional lessons prior to the test, this will be explained to you and if you cannot take the required hours we will not be able to take you for the test.
- You will need to pay for the assessment drive to assess your skill level this will be £45 and must be paid in advance and at the end of the lesson your Instructor will explain your suitability for the test. This is a no obligation lesson and should you decline to accept the advise of the Instructor then no further costs will be invloved.
- If your driving level is dangerous or very low standard your instructor will work on the most important part and then will inform you that they will not be taking you for that particular test but will offer a discounted lesson package to get you up to standard.
- The lesson price for short notice test is £22.50 per hour.
- Should you be successful in your assessment drive then your total cost would be as follows 2 hours assessment £45 + 5 hours minimum short term test course £112.50 = £157.50
